• I understand that by completing this purchase with HerBeautifulCollection I acknowledge that there are no refunds unless done on the Sellers behalf. Untampered with products can be exchanged within 24 hours of purchasing. I ( customer ) will not dispute any payments. I ( customer ) will provide a valid state ID for verification before pick up or shipping or my order will be cancelled . 

• We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of "Her Beautiful Collection “ , because we understand that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions .
